Cool Summer Pasta

Published by jolocol at 1:23 am under recipe Edit This

I love pasta. I am not sure I have a favorite kind but I haven’t met a pasta I didn’t like! I don’t eat it often, but this is one of my favorite ways to fix it in the summer. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

Whole-wheat spaghetti
Broccoli, cut into flowerettes
Carrots, sliced
Cauliflower, cut into small pieces
Italian salad dressing

Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the box. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water. Keep the water running until the heat is completely removed. Add the broccoli, carrots and cauliflower to the pasta. Drizzle the Italian salad dressing over the dish and stir it until everything is coated. You can serve it now, or refrigerate it if you prefer it colder. Add a loaf of multi-grain artisan bread and make your taste buds smile!
