Pita pockets can be used for any meal. Yesterday we had a quick meal for breakfast. Today we will have another quick recipe that is great for a weekend lunch or a busy night supper. You can shave off a little time if you work fast!

Ingredients

Package of four pita pockets
One package Morningstar Farms chicken strips
One bell pepper, cut into very thin strips
One teaspoon olive oil
One teaspoon lime juice
Picante sauce to taste

Heat the olive oil and add the chicken strips and lime juice and cook for about three minutes. Add the pepper strips and cook for another three minutes.

Remove mixture from the skillet. Stuff the pita pockets with the chicken and pepper strip filling. Add a little picante sauce and eat. In you want to add a little more taste, add one tablespoon four cheese Mexican cheese mix.
